St. Patrick's Day

Forgive me if this is brief, I'm exhausted as I write this. We went to the St. Patrick's Day parade downtown today. We haven't been before, but today I packed up the kids and we headed out. It was such a beautiful day I didn't want to waste it! It was really alot of fun and the kids loved it. They had not been to a parade before. It lasted two hours and they sat the whole time (except when Chloe ran out in the street, see photo below). When we were leaving Evan said "this was the most awesomest parade I've ever been to". I guess it was because it's the only one he's been to!

Notice the beads? They just about killed each other to get them. The goal of the day is to look like Mr. T!

They had green on I promise! I was hoping it would be warm enought to take off their jacket.

The Marching Band is possibly in her future!
